It has been observed that a pure democracy if it were practicable would be the most perfect government. Experience has proved that no position is more false than this. The ancient democracies in which the people themselves deliberated never possessed one good feature of government. Their very character was tyranny; their figure deformity.

As we inaugurate General Mohammadu Buhari today, may this day be remembered as a fulcrum for turnaround in credible leadership ladened withsurprises against the wishes of political opportunists and their maudlin propaganda.

There's no magic anywhere and to those who believe their problems would disappear the moment GMB sits in office, kindly manage your expectations to avoid grave disappointment. The campaigns were mainly "invitation to treat" not exactly an offer made to the world.
While I implore that we hold the government accountable, we must also support them in every way we can without seeking the downfall of their effort at the slightest opportunity as they ignorantly did to the last administration.

The history made by the Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Administration may never be written: we know too much about it. For ignorance is the first requisite of the historian - ignorance, which simplifies and clarifies, which selects and omits, with a placid perfection unattainable by the highest art.
Karma is real but we must let that take a natural course without helping it.

Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
